Budda Pizza Gut
Wow, absolutely nothing exciting going on around here. Other than of course the obvious baby I'm growing. But that's just exciting to me, not everyone else. Adam said I look pregnant. He was even more surprised when I told him I was sucking it in... He wasn't too excited about the big Ole bump. But he doesn't have much room to talk. I contribute most of it to pizza and crazy bread. Not that pizza weight is better than baby weight, but at least in several hours the pizza belly will go away, the baby is just going to get bigger. I am 12 weeks and one day today. I am "out of the woods" for morning sickness and it hasn't even hit me yet. I'm one of the lucky few, however it's got to be hereditary because I'm not one in a few amongst my family. We are a bunch of lucky in a few. I've come up with some new baby names. Only for girls though. Olivia, Breanne, Avery and Julia. Adam likes none of them. He likes Duke! What a dumb name. It reminds me of the dog from that bean commercial. I wish I had some strange food craving, but I don't! Other than mashed potatoes, but I craved that before so that doesn't count. I do have to say, I talk about food a lot. it's hard not to when your appetite is raging out of control. I'm sorry to those of you who have to look at me for the next 6 months, but staying skinny throughout this process is not going to happen as I had hoped. I'm doing my best to fight it. We bought an exercise bike and an elliptical for the bedroom and hopefully that will take care of some of the extra calories I will certainly get. If anyone has some good name suggestions, I'm not opposed to hearing them.

I clearly remember when I was 14 weeks pregnant with Kristen, and I was lying down and I looked down at my stomach and it was level with my hip bones: they didn't stick out anymore. AND I WAS EXCITED! Man, I was a fool. lol.
My favorite girls name right now is Juliet. That's what I wanted Katya's middle name to be, but everyone (everyone being, I think Derrick and Lori and maybe Francie) said it was "too Shakespeare." Who cares. It's a good name. I wish I hadn't listened to them. Especially now that I think we're done and I'll probably never get to use it!
I like all of them but Avery is my favorite among the 4.
Duke!!!!! Good Grief, no!!!!!!
Hahaha.. I like when you post about food. Gives me ideas for what to have for dinner.
I like Avery, very cute.
I know it's overused now, but I've always liked Emma. Also Zoe, Grace, and Finley... the last no one else I tell that to agrees, but I think it's cool. :-)
Not trying to think of boy names?
O.K. I'll give you some names I like for whatever it's worth. Before I go to my names, Bob just told me to let you know that he likes the name Shelly.
I like the old names and family names. I especially like the name Rosie which was my great grandmothers name and she lived to be 105 years old and the most wonderful lady. She had nine children - seven boys (that would have killed me - one boy was enough for me) and two girls (five was the perfect number for me). Anyway, her house was always immaculate, her dress, etc. always starched. And she always wore an apron. I just loved great grandma Taylor.
Bob's giving me another suggestion - Bugs or Gooch. I think he's been out in the cold too long, but then he hasn't been out at all, yet. Something's wrong. He said he's just kidding.
Then my next suggestion would be Katie. Of course you know that would be from my favorite aunt who was like a mother to me.
The name I wanted to use for one of my girls was Jill but I never could come up with a good middle name, so I never used it.
Love,
mom
I like moms suggestion of Rosie and Jill, but I'd go with Jillian and call her Jill. I'm all about the nicknames!
Todd just informed me our next girl will be named Evelyn and call her Evie... I'm not sure he will get his way but that's what I'm up against.
For boys I like the name Luke, it rhymes with Duke so maybe Adam will go for it. Todd said no to it cause he has a cousin named Lucas, but I like it.
Also I love the name Rocco, I think if we have another son someday I will push for it, but who knows.
You are something else. Have fun eating food and worry about it later. If the baby nurses, it will be like exercising.
I like the names Clair and Claudia. For a boy?... I like George. Not sure why, but I do. Also, I like Riley. Is that a boy name? Oh and I like Preston (I think this is a family name too)
Instead of Jill it could be Jilly/Jillie and the middle name could be Ann/Anne. Then the middle name could be for grandma Annie. I don't really think Jilly Annie sounds very good but I think Annie Jill sounds cool. I love reading everyone comments on the names. So interesting. Love the name Kate or Katie/Katy. That's what we were going to name our daughter.. but then we didn't have any girls.
