I Think It's Time

It might be that time again to clean the mess in the basement. I have been so busy with pottery projects that I haven't hardly done anything else. My hobby definitely takes a toll on the basement. Here are a few pictures of what I have made recently. I also wanted to include a few pictures of the basement mess, but I don't know that I should share that with the world! It's serious business down there. I want to make pottery for all my friends and family that want something, you just have to drop me a hint and a color scheme. I have 2 projects brewing right now, but I can't talk about them until they are finished and the events are complete. I have a few sisters and sisters-in-law and mother, and mother-in-law who owe me a few pieces for my ETSY store to give it a variety of taste. You know who you are, I haven't forgotten your mentions of good intentions.

Everything is so cute. Liesel loves her food bowl and a few times when it's empty, she's carried it off to the den. I immediately go retrieve it as I don't want her chewing on it. Obviously she loves it too!

She CARRIES her bowl in her mouth? What a silly puppy; I hope you don't have tile floors.

I'm confused. You want US to make something for your store? I thought YOU were going to make something for my store! :)

I love that pink bowl, by the way!

All your pieces are so cute. I know how you feel about things not getting done - it's easy to get caught up in things, and skip the boring things.

It's not as if she doesn't have toys as she has plenty of them to carry around and chew. Guess she loves her bowl. I don't have tile floors.

All of your pottery pieces are just adorable. I am impressed that you do pottery. It has always looked a little difficult and time consuming. So, hurray for you. You have always been a crafty kind a girl.
I have spent the whole day painting a desk I got at a yard sale a while back. I don't know if it is the wood, the paint or my brush, but geez, it is taking several coats of paint and my shoulder is hurting. Next time I will just buy a white desk.
